At Golf Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your equipment and apparel. If your purchase doesn't help your game, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and golf clubs are securely padded to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our pro-shop team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
